What starts as a simple decision to sell a house quickly turns into a fight for survival in Dual Agency. After receiving an aggressive offer from a mysterious buyer, a married couple refuses to sell their home despite mounting pressure. When negotiations fail, the buyer takes matters into his own hands and sends a team of heavily armed mercenaries to eliminate the couple and claim the property by force.
What the attackers don't realize is that their targets are far from ordinary homeowners. As the mercenaries close in, the husband and wife reveal a deadly set of skills that suggest a hidden past neither their enemies nor their neighbors could have imagined. Blending explosive action, dark humor, and a satirical take on the extremes of the housing market, Dual Agency delivers a fast-paced showdown where bidding wars become literal wars and the wrong house turns out to be the most dangerous listing in town.
Since its release, Dual Agency has earned recognition on the film festival circuit, winning multiple awards across numerous festivals. Praised for its inventive premise, action-packed execution, and clever blend of comedy and suspense, the short film has connected with audiences and judges alike, establishing itself as a standout entry in the independent action genre.

Despite the ambitious action sequences featured throughout the film, Dual Agency was produced as a true independent passion project. Much of the cast and crew volunteered their time and talents to bring the story to life, creating a production that relied heavily on collaboration, creativity, and a shared love of filmmaking. Many of the performers appearing in the film are members of Nashville-based stunt team Action Design Services, whose experience in stunt performance helped elevate the film's fight choreography and action sequences far beyond what would normally be expected from a grassroots short film production.
The film was directed by Frank Blake, an accomplished stunt coordinator and action specialist whose extensive career includes work on major motion pictures and television productions. Drawing on decades of experience designing and executing action for large-scale productions, Blake brought a professional level of stunt coordination, fight design, and on-set safety to the project while embracing the resourcefulness and community spirit that define independent filmmaking. The result is a short film that combines the energy of a volunteer-driven production with the polish and action expertise typically associated with much larger budgets.
